When my fingers are typing...

Assalamualaikum readers! Hope ya'll in a very, very good condition. ;) It's been raining very heavily here in Pahang, specifically in Kuantan, more specifically in Gambang, precisely in UMP. The rain didn't stop at all especially today. Like yesterday, it stopped for a while in the evening, i guess. Hehe. Nevermind, still can do indoor activities like eating, sleeping, studying, watching movies, running around the corridor and many more. I remember the rain once was like this. Last year I think. Did you remember about the big flood in Pahang last year, right? Haa..the rain was exactly like this rain and it continues up until 2 weeks non-stop. Great ain't it? Never play with the water if the water is flood especially the young ones. You know what I mean, right?

Since last night, I was trying to accessed this blogger.com but it just couldn't. I guess the whole Google related site was down here. What a pain. I can't even Google-ing last night to Google. Huahuahua.

From last night until today's night, I have attended 2 group discussion. Well, both of them are the same group actually. It's my Software Project Management a.k.a SPM group. I'm being the leader because the others were using their majority power. You know why? In my group, there are 8 members including me. I am the only guys which is from section C33. Plus, our group have only 2 guys, me and Amin Bob. Do I have to write this? Like I always said, "No problem...";) The first meeting was only attended by 5 members including me. So are the second meeting. Where are the other three?? One was going back to her kampung, one was absent with explanation and one was making an excuse, very much. Hey man, we are all evaluating each other you know. Haa...I tell you ha, you better watch out. This is not a warning, just to remind you. Okay. ;)

Without an incomplete soldiers, we keep on going with the discussion. The discussion was mainly about "What's our company name?", "What RFP/RFQ of software application that we will present on this Tuesday?" and others. Is it? I don't think so. Haha. Well, the main point of the discussion was all about that 2 questions only. Finally but not confirmed yet, we have decided to put our company name "Ten10". Short and simple. I also have created a blog for the company, well, the lecturer asked that each company have their own blog so that the progress works could be updated in the blog frequently. Since Google require 6 characters minimum, so I decided to add "Corporation" at the end of the company name and became "Ten10 Corporation". Nice right? Hehe. You can access the blog here. While the others were doing other tasks.

In the mean time, I got a task given by a friend of mine. I was told to design a logo. But I can't tell you what logo is it because it's P&C. Later if the logo is out, then I tell you okay? ;) Currently, I have 4 logos overall. By tomorrow, I hope I can have 5 or 6 logos. I'll try to do my best. It's been months I have not using my Adobe Photoshop CS2 since last eXpoconvo'08. You know what, go learn how to Photoshop-ing. I guarantee, you won't regret. Today, graphic multimedia is also important you know especially in making banner for promotion, multimedia presentation and others. So, how about a try? ;)

This evening when I took a long break from designing the logos, I watched this movie from my laptop. The movie titled "A beautiful Mind". It's an old movie but not too old. You know what, I was really impressed by the story. It's a story about a mathematician named John Nash. You know what, I like the way he break the radio code. Hehe. Very damn expert. And also, there's other values in that story. Very interesting. Cikma told me that, the lecturers should watch the movie. ;)

2nd semester 2008/2009 : ON

Assalamualaikum all! Yeah. The semester is on. It's gonna be my one tough semester cause you know why? It's my last semester before I get into industrial attachment next June. InsyaAllah. The class only started today. But only one class, Software Project Management conducted by Dr Adzhar Kamaludin. Actually, it's the replacement class for yesterday. Yesterday was declared as the day to meet our Academic Advisor (PA) by En Wan Syahrir. But, my PA wasn't around though. He'll only be back next week. Aiseyman. That's really a holiday man. Hehe.

In today's class, Dr Adzhar just give out the course outline and our group project. And he grouped us to groups. It's better than we ourselves make our own group. ;) I grouped in Group 10 together with 7 peoples. In the group, it was just me and Amin Bob is the guys. The rest are the girls. Nevermind that. Hehe. Our first task is to present a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request For Proposal (RFP) next Tuesday. Phew! That's just like less than a week away. No meetings yet have been done. Maybe tomorrow I'll call for a meeting with them about this matter. Ceit, macam boss lak. ;P

Hurm, it's another less than 20 minutes away from new year 2009. I guess it's time for me to wish all of you Happy New Year! Let's renew our aim and mission. Let's hope that this year will be better than last year for us. I think that's all for this post. And this is the last post for 2008. Peace yo! ;)

Entrepreneur as the first choice

Assalamualaikum all! I miss ya'll you know. Haha. I just came back from Genting Highlands. Recently, I joined Kursus Asas Keusahawanan Siswa (KAKS) from 13 to 19 Disember 2008. The program was held at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting. So, I stayed at hotel lah for the whole week. I think this was the longest period of time I stayed in a hotel compared to all program that I've joined. Hehe.

First of all, I feel motivated. From the program, I learnt many things about entrepreneurship. Talks was given by peoples from MCeD and it's agencies like MARA, PUNB, TEKUN and SME Bank, PKNP and guest entrepreneur from Kuantan, Pak Long (I don't remember his real name...hehe). I also learnt how to do business plan (rancangan perniagaan or RP) which I never know before this. There were also talks given by UMP's lecturer who taught this subject in UMP; En Azizan and Pn Ida (both from FKPPT). I and other participants learnt much about marketing and accounting in business.

We have been given into groups. My group have 8 members; me, Husni, Hilmi, Amir Syafiq, Hazwan Rais, Shafuiddin, Hadi and Syazwan. Our company named Blueprint Enterprise. Our company do the printing services. Our end product are banners, posters, fliers, phamplets, buntings, events invitation cards and name cards. We also do printing for bulletins, books and magazines. In our RP, we have made a loan request to the loan agencies mainly to own a printer for offset printing. From this, we also wanted to expand our business to the next level. ;)

That printing thing, actually it's also my own idea because I planned to open my own printing company soon. InsyaAllah. Hurm...then, I think I better start doing something (well, I have started my own printing business in my room...kecil-kecilan jerk, hehe...cheap price in town...lai, lai). I guess that's all for this one. I'll do my best to achieve my target. Let's make entrepreneur as our first choice, okay. ;) Chiow!

Salam Aidiladha 1429 Hijrah

Assalamualaikum all! Aiseyman, holiday is approaching it's end. Before that, Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha to all my saudara Muslims around the world. May Allah accept your Qurban. InsyaAllah. :) Oh yes, I thought of going to the masjid near my house to help the qurban process. Unfortunately, it was raining non stop and due to my not in very good condition of health, I stayed at home lah till Zohor. Huhu. Xpe, xpe. Tahun depan ade lagi.

This Thursday, I'll be departing back to UMP cause I'll be having a workshop called KAKS (acronym for Kursus Asas Keusahawanan Siswa) for a week at Gnting Highlands (Did I mention this before? Nevermind lah...hehe). I'll be going there on Saturday afternoon. Jemin also will go there with me. Ade gak geng...kiki ;P

And that's all for this short post. I'll start writing back frequently this beloved blog of mine when I'm back in UMP next semester. Till then, ciao~ ;)

It's been a week

Assalamualaikum all. Hello guys! What can I tell you about my past one week? Not much. I just enjoy futsal-ing with my friends. I played twice last week. Whoa. And my left leg seems to be injured somehow. Huhu. Just a minor one. Nevermind. ;) The most important thing is I enjoyed it. Firdaus, my ex-classmate who sat besides me in the class for 3 years if I'm not mistaken, was going for his industrial attachment at Petronas in Malacca. He left last Saturday and will be there for the next 5 months. Pergh! InsyaAllah. I'll be doing my industrial attachment this June 2009. I planned to do it in MIMOS. That's the first company that came into my mind for the past 1 years. I'll search for another company also. Ariff told me that if I went to MIMOS he would send and pick me up everyday. Hehe. ;P The announcement about industrial attachment application was out last week and there are certain things need to be done. I'll do it when i'm back to UMP this 11th.

Yesterday I went to Berjaya Times Square. Actually I followed my ibu and my sisters there. They have what they called it STS I don't know what it means. But it's like a one day workshop for Herbalife distributor. I entered it once and I just starting to take the product last week. It's just a supplement for our daily food and it's good though. Anyone who wanted to know more please contact me okay. ;) And maybe I'll promote it here when I get the results. Peace!
