Ramadhan is not an excuse to stop our weight loss
and just simply eat whatever we like. In fact, this is the best month to lose
more because we have not been eating all day long and most definitely the best
way to keep up our energy levels and hunger levels under control so that we
don’t end up eating all the wrong kind of foods just before you go to bed.
Sticking to the Herbalife weight loss programme is actually the most healthy
option that we could choose, not only will it keep us on track to lose weight
but because it’s high in protein it will also keep us feeling fuller for
longer enabling us to make healthier food choices all round. Remember protein
keeps us feeling fuller for longer so focus on the protein, eat fat
and it turns to fat so avoid that, drink plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated
and use your vitamins to keep you healthy. When we’re starving hungry we make
impulse food choices and 99% of the time these choices are the wrong ones.
