Enough

Assalamualaikum and Good day readers,

How're you lads? I hope all of you are doing fine there. How about me? Well, I'm alhamdulillah doing fine as always. I always pray to The Almighty God so that me, my family, people around me are always has enough in everything every single day. Enough time, enough energy, enough money, enough food, enough in any ways so that I can live throughout the day.

It's important for us to have enough sleep also so that we can go through the next day without no problem. We also need to look after our food so that we don't over eat which can cause us to lose focus while doing our daily task or job or any other thing that we are planning to do for the day. Over eating can cause us sleepy and when we are sleepy, I mean during the day, we might become lazy.

Do some exercise or some sports which suit your current ability and capability. Exercise that we able to follow. If you have enough exercise, you can start doing the sport that you like or that you might have experience it before. Remember, each and every one of us have different body and our body reacts differently according to our age and our current health state, so start small and avoid overdo. Keep it moderate. Exercise so that we have enough energy, enough spirit and enough motivation to get though the days or weeks of our life.

Make sure that we able to monitor our mental and body health. Go to the clinic if you're feeling sick or unwell and take the doctor's advice seriously. If it's not us to keep our mind and body healthy, who else? I think that's all from me. Just practicing my writing here so that you know that I'm alive. :D Remember, always pray to The Almighty God to keep us enough everyday. Be grateful and be thankful to Him so that He shall grant us more.

And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.' "

Al-Quran [14:7]

Adios and Wassalamualaikum.

Hello World

Assalamualaikum readers, long time no write, eyh. How're you guys doing? Fine? I hope all of you are doing fine, Ameen. Yeah right. Sorry mister blog for abandoning you for so long. Well, busy being family man and work. I'm married by the way, 1 wife , 2 kids so far for 3 years and more to come just you wait and see what will happen. What else? Still do programming ermm.. for almost 7 years now and still learning how to code well everyday, every hours, every minutes, every seconds and every milliseconds, well specifically 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday don't try to disturb me with work, okay. I will not entertain unless super duper serious, but well, most of the time I will not entertain. It's family time. Chill lah bro!

Work life now is still ok lah considering the workplace is near to my house, max is 40 minutes from my house to my office which is only 9 km away, even though frequently I have to travel, if necessary, to customer site from all over Malaysia including Batam and Bangkok excluding Sabah and Sarawak, 30 years of living never set foot on the Borneo Island, pity me. Maybe next year or next, next year insyaAllah. My current company is one of the local vendor for semiconductor company like ehem ehem, ehem ehem, ehem ehem and ehem ehem. We make machines for them specifically. Our team is not so big lah but the projects keep coming like water. I usually said this to my colleague, "If we don't receive 3 months bonuses next year, I don't know that to say lah.", well just saying. Haha.

I think that's all for now. I will write again later if I'm free. Now not so free lah. You must be wonder why suddenly this blog have new post after so long. Well, the reason is easy. Because I feel good. Haha. See you in next post, I don't know when but I actually still have a lot to write but limited time. Chiow!

Welcome Subang Jaya

Assalamualaikum beloved readers! It's Monday and usually all the workers will be having the so called "Monday Blues". It's actually referring to how the worker feel on Monday. After long weekend, 2 days only actually, when coming to the office or workplace, then suddenly they've like "Oh, it's Monday and it's working day"..something like that lah. Majority feels the same. Well, that's life. Oh yes, I don't want to discuss about that. Don't worry. I only wanted to share what've I going thru this past week.

First of all, ehem, ehem...I'm back in Subang Jaya! Did I mentioned before that I moved out from SJ? Well, it's been a year. Best part is, I went back to the same area only at different road. Last time was H now is A. No problem. We moved back last Sunday just after the Putrajaya STS at Pullman Hotel. Alhamdulillah, thankful to Allah. That's the first one.

My class have started like 3 or 4 weeks I think. This semester I only have class on Saturday 11am to 6pm. So, I have limited weekend basically with working throughout the week plus rearrangement of my appointments. No problem. It's bisa di atur pak. Just do it. Sunday is STS day now. Every week will have BM STS (Putrajaya, Pan Pacific, Shah Alam, GenH...not included others like NutriCity's) unlike past 3 years back. I remembered last time it's only one BM STS per month. Actually there's 3 STS: BM, English and Mandarin. Need to bring more guests..anyone??

The past week also was Dr Zakir Naik's tour in Malaysia. I wrote some on the event that I went in Shah Alam. You may read previous post. Thank you. And yesterday I went again to his lecture at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur just after we finished the KL STS at Pan Pacific KL. Just behind PWTC. His topic yesterday was on "Islam's View on Terrorism and Jihad". Clearly it's 2 different thing. Unfortunately yesterday I couldn't hear most part of his lecture because of some technical issue. Plus the echoic effect makes the sound system looks not very good. As expected, everyone enjoyed his speech and the Q&A sessions.

I remember one question asked by our Christian brother if I'm not mistaken. He asked between our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW and Isa AS, who was born more pure and who's better. Because he said Isa AS born without father. Dr Zakir answers was, if Isa AS born without a father, then Adam AS is far better because he born without father and mother. Interesting answer but logic. Most of the questions last night was about Isa AS. I came with my family and we went back early because have to send a friend home. Oh, and Tun Dr Mahathir also was there yesterday. He gave the earlier speech before Dr Zakir's lecture. I think that's all for now. Until next post.

Where am I on Merdeka night

Assalamualaikum readers!

Have you had your shake today? How is your day going on so far? Still got the Monday blues. Haha. Hope you're all enjoying your Merdeka holiday.

On Merdeka night, I went to Shah Alam to meet an old friend of mine back then at UMP, Khairul Mizan. Surprisingly he's doubled in size. First time meeting him in 2 years, he had expand that much. So, what's the catch? Actually he wanted to lose some weight because he will be getting married soon. InsyaAllah. And because he knew I'm a personal wellness coach with Herbalife and he knew how was I back then in 2008, so he contacted me thru Facebook one day before.

My family and Arcelona's family
Actually before I went to Shah Alam, I have focus group with special appearance of Mill Team from Indonesia, Arcelona. It's just amazing and inspiring to know how she survived in Herbalife. One thing I remembered that she mentioned to us, invite to presentation. Means we have to use the power of event or nutrition club. Because we want to put the believe in each human being that they also can be healthy and achieve what they want in life. Herbalife is only tool and Herbalife can help. Whatever it is don't quit.

Me, Afiq and Khairul
Yes, continuing from my meet up with my friends at Shah Alam. He weight almost 100kg. So I take his reading and explained how Herbalife can help him, alhamdulillah, this month he'll start the program. It's my pleasure to help all my colleagues to get healthy and to achieve what they want in life. Thanks to Afiq too for helping me that night with his amazing testimonial. He lost 6kg for the past 2 months and reshaped his body. Now he said he can wear his old shirt. Amazing isn't it. And now he's trying to put off smoking. InsyaAllah. You can do it! And when we finished our meet up, it was 31st August. Merdeka! In one of my friend's Facebook status said, "Merdekakan lemak anda" which means "Free your fat". Cool isn't it?

So, that's all my short and simple sharing. Enjoy life. Thanks for your time. :)

Ifthar with those PCA lads

Here we are at Bistro Qaseh, Section 13, Shah Alam
Yesterday me and those PCA lads were going to have our ifthar at Shah Alam Section 13. It's called Qaseh Bistro. I've been there before with my UiTM friends to have lunch. Quite a good place for those who are seeking Malay food. I recommended you to go there. The place was just behind Tesco Extra, nearby MSU Shah Alam. Yesterday's meal was RM23.90 per head. I only eat all the lauk-pauk, no rice because if I take the rice then I cannot enjoy other food. Smart way to avoid rice. Here are some pictures of my gila-gila handsome lads. All still single except Khairul. Haha. Happy viewing!

The foods
The foods and the peeps..while Team Lead Yunus giving his speech (LOL)
Izzat cannot tahan looking at those foods
Agoes is adjusting his seat before begin the eating session
The end. And afterwards, I went for my tarawikh prayer at MSU Shah Alam masjid. Others were going back to their home. (I don't know what they're all doing afterwards except whatsapp-ing nonsense, LOL).

Enough

Assalamualaikum and Good day readers, How're you lads? I hope all of you are doing fine there. How about me? Well, I'm alhamdul...
