For the past 2 months, I started to exercise. Yeah, that's right. I never take exercise seriously before this, but now I realized that exercise is IMPORTANT, I repeat, IMPORTANT. Because why? Balancing your meal with taking good nutrition AND exercise is for us to keep us healthy, fit and in-shape. I remember that there is an ads in the television themed "Tiada alasan untuk tidak cergas", it's true, people always make excuses for not doing exercise. Afteall, it's a nice ads though. :) Okay, I think I leave it here. I'll keep on writing here, insyaAllah.

MINDS 2009 interview
As you know, when you are going to any job interview, these are the basic things. That is just the appearance part, how to impress the interviewer with a first impression. Second thing is, about the university, about UMP itself. Core value and soft skills element in UMP. This part is likely most students failed. This element that are actually needed to be embedded into each and everyone in UMP; students n staffs. Including me. If UMP students really embedded these elements into their heart, body and soul, InsyaAllah, issues related to social & morale could be reduced and prevented. There's many other people who are more knowledgeable than me regarding this issues.
Well, that's all for this post. Many works to do. I'll update again later. There's actually plenty to tell here but it's the matter of time. InsyaAllah, later I update again okay. ;) Zrass!

Bowling + Gathering = Futsal
After I finish my solat Zohor at the masjid, I went to the chancellory again to check for the package. Still not there. So, I went back to my room. Later that evening, I was picked up by Jemin and his roomies to go to Kuantan Megamall. Haha. You know why I went there? To play bowling lar. ;) Yan and Ara also was there. We played 2 frame. I scored 74 and 77 only. Haha. So few. And I was the last in ranking. ;P It's okay. Beginners. Hehe. After finished, we went to solat Asar before going back to UMP.
That evening, actually I have gathering with my MPP family. I arranged a dinner with them at Mahkota Tom Yam. Yesterday, I went directly from Kuantan to the place because I couldn't reach UMP in time. The others went from UMP. We managed to gather only 15 of us because Anjang and Ucu couldn't make it. Nevermind. ;) As soon as we arrived, we make our food order. And then, Alang made his short speech. As usual lah. We started to eat as soon as maghrib azan with water because our food didn't arrive yet. After finish eating, we perform solat Maghrib. After that, some went back to UMP because got class and I went to Tunas Mart with Alang, Ude and Achik. Actually, Ude who wanted to go there. The best part was, she didn't bring her money. Kuang3. ;P After finish buying things there, we headed back to UMP. We arrived on the right time; iqamat for solat Isya'. After Isya', I and Alang went back to our room to rest.
Later that night, Awe called and asks me to join him and Adik to go to Gambang for minum-minum. I said okay, no problem. Then he came to my room and charged his handphone. Alang also here at the room and he also will be going out that night to send Apis to the bus terminal. Alang said better we go out together at midnight. And then, arise an idea to play futsal. Memang cantek sangat la tuuu...haha. ;) Alang have the permission letter from fellow to came in late to UMP. And we planned out to play futsal after that. Awe established connection with the kaki futsal at KK2. We played futal with Civil-ians 3rd year student that night at Kg Tiram. Before we go out, I went to Ucu's house for a while to help him with the web hosting things. We departed at 11.25 pm from UMP to the bus terminal first. Faris and Azim also followed us. After that we went to Kg Tiram.
We arrived there at 12.20 am. We thought we're late, but our game will only start at 1 am. Aisey. We waited and waited. At last, good one la. We played 2 hours, 2 goals or 7 minutes which one comes first. And winner stays. It's been a long time I haven't played futsal. ;P Only played street soccer at the evening with my BCS batch friends. Hehe. I only get my golden touch when I put off my spectacle. Because my spectacle will fly off if I run too much. Muahahaha. The outcome, 2 goals for me. Kire ok what? ;) After that, we went to Taj Point to minum-minum for a while and head back to UMP at about 3.30 am like that.
Now, I still feel tired. Aisey. Lucky to have only one class today. Huhu. Well, that's all for this post. Do stay tuned with me. Don't go away. ;) Zrasss!
Programs come again...implementing experience
SMASS stands for Sekretariat Mahasiswa Anak-anak Sabah & Sarawak (Sabahan & Sarawakian Students Secretariat), I think so the name. Right me if I'm wrong, kay. ;) Maybe many who know me will asks, why are you in this program? You're not Sabahan or Sarawakian. Haha. Of course I'm not, but my experience is needed here. I'm leading the Multimedia & Documentation Committee and partnered with one Sarawakian girl named Soffia from my faculty also, 1st year student. I'm also kinda like this job scope. Playing with photoshop designing banners, posters and others. Hehe. Oh, I forgot to tell ya'll what's the program name. It's named Program Mahasiswa Bersama Masyarakat (Students with the Community). The concept is like the anak angkat program; means during the program, we'll be given a family to stay with. And that family is like our secondary family, something like that la. And we'll also having activities with primary school students and the community. It'll be done in Kempadang, Pahang. InsyaAllah.
The MPP's program that I'm involving is the UMP Interfaith Dialogue. I had given trusts to handle the Publicity & Promotion Committee. Means, I'll not be doing the snapping, snapping camera work la. Hehe. It's better. I'll tell you why at the end later. My partner in this committee is Cornelia, 1st year student. Didn't remember which faculty. Hehe. I'll be doing the designing part as usual la, she'll handle the promotion part. That's called task distribution. ;)
The best part was, both programs will be occured on the same date. Means, there's a clashing of date there. I'll have to divide myself into two like amoeba. Haha. No la, I havemy own strategy. Don't worry. You know me la kan. :)
Well my valued readers, that's all for this post. I have more post after this. Chiow! ;)

Suara MPP: Beri peluang MPP tunjuk kredibiliti (taken from myMetro)

Damai 2nd edition : 17 copies completed, another 93 copies to be completed
Damai is actually MPP bulletin. I went to the Publication Department at UMP admin's office twice just to review the final draft of the bulletin. Before that, I went to see Prof Jalil first to asks for his comments about the final draft. Well, I'm new. Hehe. After the first repair, I went to see En Arman to asks for his comments about the repaired one. That took me about 2 months before proceeds to printing.
For printing, I have choose Abg Rahmat's company since I've already discussed with him long, long time ago about the bulletin. Hehe. Then I asks him to come out with the quotation and then the quotation will be given to the Bendahari. Bla, bla, bla... There's too many process after that. Until the LO (local order) came out and I gave it to Abg Rahmat so that he will get the payment from the university. Nak bayar sendiri modal xberapa nak ada kn. Hehe.
So, I guess until here only I want to write about this post. Stay tuned for more updates from me. Chow. Peace! ;)
