Official Results (Error & Correction)

MPP Election 2008 (PRK)....OFF mode

Assalamualaikum and aloha! Alhamdulillah, finally the MPP Election 2008 for Universiti Malaysia Pahang was over. As we can see the results from my previous post, bro 'Afif got the highest votes. This was the first time in my 5 semesters here a guy get the highest votes. Excellent I should say. The margin from Suffi's votes was only 172 votes more. In the manifesto, I can say that Suffi's one was among the best besides others. But here, 'Afif maybe get the highest because of he is well-known by most of the 1st year students. So, he can use his advantages as an ex-head of MINDS facilitator to get the votes. That's just my opinion lah. Nik Aimie came third. My friend predicted that she would won because of the "face factor". You know...beautiful, cute and kinda like that. Well my friend, you're wrong. UMP students are now smarter though. :) Izzah and Izyannisa' both came 4th and 5th. This two are also among the best when they presented their manifesto; got skills and highly confidence. The differences between Suffi and Nik Aimie, Nik Aimie and Izzah and Izzah and Izyannisa' were each 100 plus votes only.

For my faculty, actually I was expecting Zetty to win the FSKKP seat. The vote difference was only 1 vote from Norizan. Aisehman... It's okay, next time maybe. Good effort from you. For Shahrul, no comment cause you're the only guy from FSKKP that competing the seat. ;)

And to all, again, congratulations! Remember, you are now MPP. Our representatives. Fight for students rights. I know we can't satisfy all, but try to do what is right and best. InsyaAllah.

Vote for Mr & Miss Right...PRK 2008

Assalamualaikum and good day. Finally, the day have come. Today is the voting day for MPP Election in UMP. I done my part this morning just after my Multimedia class. My classmates also have cast their vote. There are 2 voting center that open today because the increasing numbers of UMP students. One center is at Astaka, the usual place and another is at Block W. My faculty one was at Block W center. Just after I cast my vote, I went to see En Saha for a while to ask for his signature. Then, I left Block W and went to MPP office for a while. On my way there, I saw there are many students at Astaka lining up to cast their votes. The vote is still open until 5 pm this evening. Maybe I will go to the Astaka after my Mandarin class this evening to hear the announcement about the results. Last but not least, vote for Mr & Miss Right. ;)

What I can say about this year candidates

Assalamualaikum all! The voting day for MPP Election a.k.a PRK 2008 is just around the corner. Absolutely, it's tomorrow. I've read through some online paper this evening. UUM's election just over this evening. Well, in this post I'll review a bit what I have seen from the candidates in this two days. I maybe not hear all thier manifesto but they are all good at it though. In this post, I'll say a bit, just a bit lah because I always say a bit, about the candidates that will be the next MPP of UMP.

First of all, let's see the Umum candidates:
1. Nik Aimie : This lady is from my faculty. Yesterday night I heard her manifesto. Well, I think she is still not doing her best at the moment in the manifesto because of her condition. Healthy is very important though. I also read through one blog that told about her manifesto on the first night at KK2. Well, she seems to be out of favour for them. ;)
2. Mohd 'Afif : I know this man. He's the MINDS facilitator boss and one of MPP secretariat also. This man is doing good at the moment and his manifesto well presented. This man is a prospect. P/S : Jemin is his housemate ;)
3. Mohamad Suffi : A good friend of 'Afif. He is a big man because his body was big and tough. Kor suksis man. I think he is the favourite candidate at the moment because if you heard his manifesto last night, you can see he present it well with full energy. He also manage to catch the audience eyes and ears. He also easy to get along. The next YDP maybe?? Hehe
4. Nur Izzah : Don't confuse her with Nurul Izzah Anwar. Hehe. This lady was my secretariat when I was in the MPP. She has a good public speaking skills because she always be the MC in most event. She also one of the eXpoconvo'08 secretariat and MC. She is very helpful though. :) I didn't realize when did she present her manifesto. Hehe.
5. Noor Izyannisa' : Another MPP secretariat that can present well in front of the audience. I am quite attracted when she started her manifesto on the 1st night. She also catch the eyes and ears of the KK2 peeps. Bright future ahead for this lady. ;)
6. Law Kok Sin : One and only chinese candidate that compete for this seat. Mr Law is also one of the favourite because he presented his manifesto very well. He got the skills because he was the BM debaters for UMP. Currently, he is also a JPK. He can suit with anybody.

That's briefly I can say about the Umum candidates. Let's view the Faculty candidates. Two faculties have their candidates won without competing. The faculty are FKASA (Civil Engineering) and FKEE (Electrical & Electronic Engineering). So, I don't hava to review them right now cause they are not competing in this election, right. ;)

Let's go to the FKKSA (Chemical Engineering) candidates:
1. Nur Hidayah : If I see her name, I don't know which one is her. But, if I see her face I recognise her. MPP's secretariat also actually. Well, I'm don't really know her but I think her manifesto also not bad. P/S:Ni cikma nye sekretariat ek? Hehe
2. Muhammad 'Izzat : I also don't really know this man but I he got confidence. I can see it. ;)
3. Anashahira : This lady, I know. My secretariat, of course I know her. I am actually surprised that she join to compete as MPP candidate. I'm really proud of you. She told me that she wanted to inherit my pos in MPP. Way to go! ;)

That's briefly. Next, the 4 corner competition for FKM (Mechanical Engineering):
1. Vijayakumar : At first I think, who was this guy. Just last night I realize. This was my hockey mate, he actually joined this year's MASUM Hockey League which I didn't because of taking up the challenges as MPP. Last time I thought this man was Malay. Serious. Because his face like Malay.
2. Soh Yan Xin : Another MPP secretariat plus eXpoconvo'08 peeps also. He's a very active man and friendly as far as I know him. He did well in presenting his manifesto.
3. Sazwan : This man is one of my favourite. He told me that he actually was putting himself in danger. I saw his leadership through eXpoconvo'08 when he became the program coordinator for eXpoconvo'08 workshop. Not bad though. His manifesto also not bad.
4. Naeem : I called him the nasyeed guy because he was the Imtiyaz members and another prospect. That's all about this man.

Last but not least, my faculty, FSKKP (Computer Systems & Software Engineering) candidates:
1. Nor Emilia Zetty : This lady was the MSP lady once when Awe was the President. She also one of PETAKOM Exco previously. Her manifesto...hurm, I should hear it agian tonight.
2. Shahrul Afzam : One and only man from FSKKP that compete in this year MPP Election. I just know him this 2 months. He seems a good prospect to be a leader. I can see it because he saw me to ask about the manifesto that he bring. I surely will vote for this man. ;)
3. Norizan : I don't quite know this lady but I salute her because she is brave to compete in this year MPP Election. I thought I heard her manifesto. Hurm...

That's what I got to say about these peeps. Tonight is the last night to watch their manifesto. Well see tonight. ;) Peace!

ni nk story sket la. kire ni mmg sket btol la aku nk story. xbnyk pn patah perkataannya. sket je. hurmm..td tgh2 aku browse profile bloggers dari subang jaya, aku terjumpa la blog ADUN tempat aku yang mng PRU ari tu. name dia Hannah Yeoh. aku pn bace la profile dia. oops..senior aku rupenye. kire mase dulu2 tu dia skola aku la sebelum aku masuk skola tu. bukan skola menengah je, skola rendah pn. ade gak org dari SMKSU yang boleh aku banggekan. hehe. mane la tau kan one day aku lak jadi wakil rakyat. :P mane la tau kan. sekurang2 nye dapat la contribute sesuatu pd tempat aku tu. ni alamat blog ADUN aku tu >> Hannah Yeoh

Keputusan Rasmi Pilihanraya Umum Ke-12

alhamdulillah....PRU 12 akhirnya tamat kecuali di sabah & sarawak yang masih ada lagi 3 kerusi belum diketahui statusnya. lpas ni xde lagi la bendera2 parti, banner2 dan sebagainya di tepian jalan dan di mana-mana sbb dh tamat pilihanraya. maka akan terbentuklah satu situasi pemerintahan negara yang berbeza daripada sebelum ni. majoriti 2/3 yang gagal diperolehi BN menjadikan keputusan yang mahu dilakukan kenalah berbincang dan dipersetujui oleh kedua2 pihak yang terlibat. aku xde la pandai sgt bab2 politik ni tp tahu la mende2 majoriti 2/3, majoriti mudah sume2 ni. ;) ade blajo dalam subjek sejarah kan mase kat skola dulu. hehe. ni aku letak keputusan PRU 12 kat sini. moga2 kita mendapat sesuatu daripada perubahan arus politik yang berlaku ini. berikut adalah keputusannya setakat petang ni:

panas! panas! memang panas PRU kali ni. skang dh pkul 2.12 am. aku baru bangun sbnrnye. ltih bangat td. kui3. igt nk tgk kat tv td nk tgk sape yang menang, sape yg kalah. tlepas lak. xpe, mungkin ade hikmah disebaliknya. aku dh tgk beberapa update daripada akhbar2 di internet. wow. saingan yang diberikan oleh pihak pembangkang amat hebat! antara tajuk2 berita yang aku sempat tgk >> Kedah di tangan kami - Husam, Official: Opposition wins big in Kelantan, Opposition wins 27 state seats in Penang, Pembangkang kuasai tiga negeri, Official: BN retains Perlis, Terengganu, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan. tu la antara tajuk2 berita kol 2 pagi ni. papehal pon sok pg baru tahu keputusan rasmi sape yang menang, sape yg kalah

BN vs BA

yaaa...itu dia. ronaldo menggelecek bola, cuba di bentes di situ oleh rosdi talib tetapi gagal. ronaldo terus menggelecek dan melakukan rembatan. Chilavert disitu cuba menampan bola...GOLLLL kick...itu dia, gagal rupanya ronaldo untuk melakukan jaringan. padan muke! :P
haha...itu mukadimah je. ni baru citernye. hari ni, 8hb Mac 2008, tarikh keramat iaitu tarikh PRU 12. selepas 13 hari calon2 PRU bermanifesto dan berkempen, kini tiba giliran rakyat Malaysia untuk menunaikan tanggungjawab terhadap negara untuk memilih siapakah yang terbaik antara yang terbaik untuk memimpin negara Malaysia dalam jangka masa 5 tahun akan datang. aku wlaupun dah 21 tahun, tp sbb xdaftar lg xleh arr ngundi. rugi siott. besday aku baru je bulan 2 hr tu...huhu. kalo PRU ni lewat sket bulan 5 ke, 6 ke, sempat la kan. PRU kali ni dikatakan antara yang terhangat di pasaran kerana menampakkan chances of winning is equal. ni ungkapan mmber aku la. aku luahkan balik je. tajuk utusan hr ni, "Kuasa di tangan anda". senior2 UMP pn ramai yg balik utk ngundi. jadi kosong la gak UMP ni. mcm hari raye. memang raye pon, pilihanraye kan. hehe. ok la kamu2 sume. kepada yang mengundi, selamat mengundi dan buatlah pilihan yang paling bijak. insyaAllah, semoga kita semua mendapat keberkatan dalam hidup. :)

Watikah Perlantikan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) 2007/08

Semalam, iaitu pada 8hb Oktober 2007 adalah hari penting buat semua yang telah bergelar MPP di Universiti Malaysia Pahang pada sesi 2007/08. Majlis Watikah Perlantikan dan Majlis Angkat Sumpah telah di adakan di Bilik Mesyuarat Senat, UMP. Majlis dihadiri oleh NC UMP, Prof Dato' Dr Mohamed Said bin Mat Lela, kedua-dua TNC, Dekan JHEPA dan beberapa pegawai tertinggi UMP. Majlis ini merupakan sebagai pin point kepada kami semua selaku MPP yang baru. Semasa mengankat sumpah, barisan pegawai-pegawai inilah yang menjadi saksi. Agak terketar-ketar gak mase baca ikrar tu. Tapi kena jugak la bersabar. Majlis berakhir kira-kira jam 6.15 petang dan selepas itu juga kami di jemput ke majlis berbuka puasa bersama-sama pegawai dan staf UMP di banquet hall, Canseleri UMP. Harapan semoga MPP kali ini dapat melakukan sesuatu yang lebih untuk menjaga kebajikan pelajar di samping sebagai jurubicara antara pelajar dan staf UMP sendiri. :)

Hari Mengundi Pemilihan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar 2007/08

Akhirnya, hari yang ditunggu-tunggu telahpun tiba. 2 Oktober 2007 adalah tarikh bagi pelajar-pelajar membuang undi. 8 calon akan bertanding bagi merebut 5 kerusi umum dan 12 calon lagi masing-masing akan bertanding untuk merebut 8 kerusi fakulti iaitu Fakulti Kejuruteraan Mekanikal(FKM), Fakulti Kejuruteraan Awam & Sumber Alam(FKASA), Fakulti Kejuruteraan Kimia dan Sumber Asli(FKKSA) & Fakulti Kejuruteraan Elektrik & Elektronik(FKEE) yang mana setiap fakulti akan mempertandingkan 2 kerusi. 2 lagi kerusi adalah dari Fakulti Sistem Komputer & Kejuruteraan Perisian(FSKKP) yang mana telah dimenangi oleh Emma dan aku. ;) Undi adalah secara e-voting dan proses membuang undi di buka mulai jam 8.30 pagi sehingga jam 5.00 petang tadi. Keputusan telahpun diketahui. Calon yang mendapat undian tertinggi adalah Wan Nazirah dari FSKKP(fakulti aku tuuu...). Calon-calon lain yang menang adalah Salman, Afiq, Maryam, Nabil bagi kerusi umum dan untuk kerusi fakulti masing-masing adalah Jeffry(FKM), Said(FKM), Shahir(FKASA), Zulaikha(FKASA), Zaidatul(FKKSA), Hanis(FKKSA), Zul-fadly(FKEE) dan Fatin(FKEE). Maka, telah terpilihlah Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar atau MPP UMP 2007/08. Semoga semuanya dapat menjalankan tugas dengan sebaik mungkin dan yang paling penting, memperjuangkan nasib mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universiti Malaysia Pahang agar kita menjadi yang best of the best of all. InsyaAllah...

Kempen bermula!!!

Kempen Pilihanraya Kampus 2007 bagi Universiti Malaysia Pahang telahpun bermula. Jam 5 petang selepas penamaan calon tempoh hari telah membenarkan calon-calon untuk berkempen diseluruh kampus bagi tujuan meraih undi daripada para penyokong yang terdiri daripada 3000 lebih pelajar Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Poster dan kain rentang calon-calon umum telah dinaikkan pada malam 27 September dengan bantuan jentera masing-masing. Aku juga berpeluang untuk berkempen walaupun telah mendapat tempat dalam Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar 2007/08. Suasana di kampus berubah seketika dengan gantungan poster-poster dan kain rentang. Manifesto akan bermula pada malam ini, 28 Septembr 2007, di payung putih berhadapan kafeteria. Jom ke sana beramai-ramai! :)

Pilihanraya Kampus 2007

Pilihanraya Kampus datang lagi. Kali ini untuk edisi 2007. Tarikh 26 September pasti menjadi kenangan bagi aku. Pada pukul 11.00 pagi, di Astaka, penamaan calon yang ramsi akan bertanding telah diumumkan oleh Y Bhg Prof Dr Abdul Jalil bin Borham, Dekan Jabatan Hal Ehwal Pelajar & Alumni Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Disaksikan oleh YH Naib Canselor Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Dato' Dr Mohamed Said bin Mat Lela, Timbalan Pendaftar Jabatan Hal Ehwal Pelajar dan Alumni Universiti Malaysia Pahang, staf-staf Universiti Malaysia Pahang, calon-calon Pilihanraya Kampus 2007 dan para hadirin yang telah hadir. Sewaktu nama aku disebutkan sebagai calon yang akan bertanding untuk merebut kerusi fakulti bagi Kerusi Fakulti Sistem Komputer & Kejuruteraan Perisian, aku berasakan bahawa aku kini adalah sebagai wakil kepada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi universiti aku. Tugas yang bakal aku galas pasti lebih berat lagi. Tambah gembira lagi, aku dan seorang lagi calon dari fakulti aku telah di umumkan sebagai menang tanpa bertanding. Ini bermakna, aku telah sah sebagai salah seorang daripada barisan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) Universiti Malaysia Pahang bagi sesi 2007/08. Alhamdulillah... Tapi, kempen mesti dilakukan bagi memperkenalkan diri aku, sebagai salah seorang daripada barisan kepemimpinan mahasiswa. Setakat ini sahaja dahulu. Kempen akan bermula pukul 5 petang ini sehingga jam 11.59 malam, 2 Oktober 2007. :)
