Before : 85kg, Bad morning sinus, skin problem (face and body), asthmatic, allergy to cat’s fur & dust, low energy (always tired & sleepy in class).

Now : Asthma no more, morning sinus reduced, skin improvement, allergy no more, high level of energy (3 hours of lecture, more than 2 hours of futsal, energy still maintain), health improvement

BONUS : Total lost more than 15kg (in 2 months lost 6kg), total of 6 inches lost around waist (from 36 to 30), XXL, now S sized shirt.

Last time Schalke 04, now Santos FC...great!

Just a quick one. While browsing through my facebook, I found out a latest new about Herbalife sponsoring nutrition for team Santos FC of Brazil. Great, isn't it. Just not so long time ago, Herbalife also become sponsor in nutrition for team Schalke 04 from Germany. :) It's all very great! Just imagine that the nutrition taken by these sportsmen is also taken by us. Wow!
