Spectacular 2013

Spectacular 2013, the biggest Herbalife event in Malaysia is just around the corner. 15,000 people will gather for this event. Are you coming with us?

My 1st Zero2Hero

Assalamualaikum beloved readers,

It's been sometimes eyh. Finally, I went to my first Zero2Hero. It is an event of "How to do Herbalife". Well, basically from the event we can learn all DMOs (daily method of operation) of how we can start doing Herbalife, means how to get your customers. There they detailed out more about the DMOs.Simple say, if you're serious in the business this is a must go event no matter what. There's a distributor that even postponed their marriage to attend this event. Amazing isn't it. Because Herbalife is for our life. As long as we live, insyaAllah.

I just wanted to share some of my experience on this very first Zero2Hero of mine. The excitement was wow, can't be describe by words actually. Very positive environment surrounding us with a total of almost 3500 peoples gathered for this event. The event was held for two days from 17 to 18 November 2012. I came with my family and we bring 3 people this time. On the first day, I learn about why Herbalife. I wanted to strengthen my why in Herbalife. 20k Exec Pres Team Ibu Dame from Indonesia really touches my heart with her stories and her awesome spirit. Her speech was motivational too as always. I met her once in the last event called Extravaganza 2012 in Singapore. In this event I met her again. Wonderful. On the first day also I learned more on the product which I didn't get in normal STS.

That day at night, we had a dinner themed "Black & Diamond". Everybody had fun of course. :) 2nd day and the final day for the event, I learnt about the DMO's of how we can do Herbalife. Even though most of it I've practice it but still I need to sharpen those DMO besides adding up more from what I've already applied now. Well, it was full of information and very beneficial to those who wanted to do Herbalife as part time or full time career. Next Zero2Hero will be on early next year. So guys, be prepared! You'll never regret to come to this event. If you wanted to do Herbalife business, trust me, never fail to attend all events. Bring your friends, customers, guests to those events too because a lot of ear heard better than a pair or ours. That's all I think. Have a nice day. :)

~ No one can succeed before going through the pain because that's the rule of the game.~

Why our body get hungry quicker

Assalamualaikum readers,
Have you had your shake today? Today, I wanted to share something which for me is important to us to know a bit why does our body always get hungry quicker. My friend shared this on Facebook and I found it interesting yet important for us. At least we may get some benefit from it, am I correct? I believe that this post was shared by one of our distributor who are also a qualified medical doctor, Dr Azha from Kuantan. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The post states that there are five main reasons why we feel so. Are you ready to absorb my sharing? Okay, let us see the 5 main reasons below:
  1. Empty stomach (not enough fuel)
Our body needs energy all the time but is insufficient fuel supply (because we skip meal time usually). The body will signal through the brain that we need to eat to add fuel.
  2. Not enough nutrients in the body.
When nutrient component decreases in our body, including vitamins and minerals, our brain will crave something which contains the nutrient. But if we make unwise choices of food yet not accurate, we will surely continue to feel hungry even if we have ate 3 plates of rice.
  3. Low sugar level in blood (Hypoglycemia)
When this happens, our body feel shaky and sleepy. Hibernation mode like the polar bear will occur and all our body stored fat makes us even fatter. Sweet foods raised the blood sugar level in our body but only temporarily. After our insulin jumped, it will go down quickly and leave us hungry again.
  4. Stress
When we stress or didn't get enough sleep or good rest, the Ghrelin hormone in our body will be increased and caused us to feel hungry. This is our body reaction of storing energy when we stress because at this time, our body is confused. It isn't sure whether the world's food supply is enough or not.
  5. Not enough water in our body
Our brains are always confused whether are we hungry or thirsty. The first sign that shows we are thirsty is that our lips feel dry. If we feel like dried throat, it means we are starting to get dehydrated (not enough water). Let say if we feel very hungry, try these tips. Drink two glasses of warm water. Wait 10 minutes. After that we ask ourselves, are we still feeling hungry? If yes, go to eat.
For me as a Herbalife consumer and also distributor, our weight management program takes into account all the factors above and we provide the best solution to each of our consumer. Our product is low in calories, we provide do-able and simple program, helps us to curbs hunger and educate us how to drink water at times where we should, stable sugar level and we also have what we called Customer Day gathering every week that is very fun and makes us motivated to go with the program.

If you want to get started with Herbalife program, ask me how. I'll coach you to get the results that you should get. Jamil 012-2570677

Thank you for spending sometime to read my sharing. Really appreciate your effort. Thanks all. :)

Herbalife for body building

Assalamualaikum readers,
Eid Adha is around the corner. I guess better leave ya'll with something good to read. Today I wanted to share how to have a nice body like this guy. Check it out:
Do you like it guys? I bet you do. Haha. You should see his changes now. It's even better that this. Previously, we only knew him from his before and after picture. That day we have the chance to see him live.

Last 2 weeks during a GenH STS in K Club Melawati, I had this opportunity to see him giving his testimony live! By the way, we called him Say Shazril, medical student from India. He is Malaysian though. But I didn't had enough time to meet him personally after the event because have something urgent to do after that. So I be a friend with him on Facebook and asked him how did do or what did his daily routine to get those body.

Obviously have to go to gym and do workout all that. Since he is taking Herbalife, that's what interest me to ask him because there are some of my customers who did love to do this gym thing even before they start to take Herbalife. So, here are what he replied to me (well, I alter some of the sentences to make it meaningful to read).

Morning:
Immediately after wake up, take the Herbalife shake to replenish our body state. Because we're fasting during sleeping. 30 minutes after that, take 4 pieces of wheat bread plus 3 eggs or cereal or an apple (usually after shake we will feel not very hungry)

Brunch:
Light meal like wheat bread or chapati or banana.

Lunch:
A handful of white rice or chapati plus chicken or meat or fish and colourful vegetables.

30 minutes before workout:
Herbalife shake (2 spoonful of Formula 1 and 2 spoonful of Formula 3)

Within 30 minutes after workout:
Herbalife shake (2 spoonful of Formula 1 and 2 spoonful of Formula 3)
Protein is needed this time to helps repair muscle after workout.

Dinner:
Same as lunch, a handful of white rice or chapati plus chicken or meat or fish and colourful vegetables.

Before sleep:
Casein because during sleep the body needs protein to grow and casein is a slow release protein and better to take it before we go to sleep.

Well, that was his sharing. Casein is proteins that helps to rebuild muscle and speed recovery. And guess what, there's one Herbalife product which uses casein. It is Herbalife 24 Rebuild Strength. Not yet in Malaysia but is available in the US. Briefly, Herbalife 24 is designed special to empower athletes 24 hours a day and helps to boost out their performance. Can't wait to see the product to be launched in Malaysia so that we don't need to go to the US to buy.Think that's all to share this time. Until we meet again in later post. :)

Interested to get on the product? Contact me at 012-257 0677 (Jamil) for consultation and product. Results varies from one person to another plus 30-days money back guarantee. Giving people the goodness of nutrition at 85 countries around the world for 32 years now.

No bad foods, only bad diets

"It’s been said that there are no bad foods, only bad diets. The idea is this: if we simply ate a wide range of foods – mostly healthy foods – and didn’t eat too much, we’d all be better off. But even though most people might understand the concept of a diet based on variety, balance and moderation, for many it’s still difficult to put into practice."

Welcome Subang Jaya

Assalamualaikum beloved readers! It's Monday and usually all the workers will be having the so called "Monday Blues". It's actually referring to how the worker feel on Monday. After long weekend, 2 days only actually, when coming to the office or workplace, then suddenly they've like "Oh, it's Monday and it's working day"..something like that lah. Majority feels the same. Well, that's life. Oh yes, I don't want to discuss about that. Don't worry. I only wanted to share what've I going thru this past week.

First of all, ehem, ehem...I'm back in Subang Jaya! Did I mentioned before that I moved out from SJ? Well, it's been a year. Best part is, I went back to the same area only at different road. Last time was H now is A. No problem. We moved back last Sunday just after the Putrajaya STS at Pullman Hotel. Alhamdulillah, thankful to Allah. That's the first one.

My class have started like 3 or 4 weeks I think. This semester I only have class on Saturday 11am to 6pm. So, I have limited weekend basically with working throughout the week plus rearrangement of my appointments. No problem. It's bisa di atur pak. Just do it. Sunday is STS day now. Every week will have BM STS (Putrajaya, Pan Pacific, Shah Alam, GenH...not included others like NutriCity's) unlike past 3 years back. I remembered last time it's only one BM STS per month. Actually there's 3 STS: BM, English and Mandarin. Need to bring more guests..anyone??

The past week also was Dr Zakir Naik's tour in Malaysia. I wrote some on the event that I went in Shah Alam. You may read previous post. Thank you. And yesterday I went again to his lecture at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur just after we finished the KL STS at Pan Pacific KL. Just behind PWTC. His topic yesterday was on "Islam's View on Terrorism and Jihad". Clearly it's 2 different thing. Unfortunately yesterday I couldn't hear most part of his lecture because of some technical issue. Plus the echoic effect makes the sound system looks not very good. As expected, everyone enjoyed his speech and the Q&A sessions.

I remember one question asked by our Christian brother if I'm not mistaken. He asked between our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW and Isa AS, who was born more pure and who's better. Because he said Isa AS born without father. Dr Zakir answers was, if Isa AS born without a father, then Adam AS is far better because he born without father and mother. Interesting answer but logic. Most of the questions last night was about Isa AS. I came with my family and we went back early because have to send a friend home. Oh, and Tun Dr Mahathir also was there yesterday. He gave the earlier speech before Dr Zakir's lecture. I think that's all for now. Until next post.

Dr Zakir Naik live in Shah Alam

Assalamualaikum all. Last week, me and my family went to an event named Dr. Zakir Naik Malaysian Tour 2012. It was held in Dewan Agung Tuanku Canselor, UiTM Shah Alam. Who is Dr Zakir Naik? He is the public speaker on the subject of Islam and comparative religion from India. By profession he is a medical doctor. More on him you can see Wikipedia. I've heard his name long time ago and read one of his publications on most frequent questions asks about Islam. This is the first time I've meet and heard from him live. It's a lifetime opportunity. The event started by Al-Qur'an recitation from our Malaysian brother. He recited Surah Al-An'am. Then Farid Naik given his public speech on women's rights in Islam.

He covers from responsibility until political point of view of women in Islam. A very informative speech. Farid ends his speech with this conclusion. Men and women have different degree of advantanges, but Allah made it totally equal between male and female. He given the analogy of taking exams. Male and female take out an exam for paper A, then the result is the male got 9/10 while the female got 7/10. Then, for paper B, the result is the male got 7/10 while the female got 9/10. We can see different mark for different paper but actually it will be equal mark when we add up, that is 8/10. The male have advantages in paper A while the female have advantages in paper B.

After Farid finished his speech, then Dr Zakir Naik was introduced and take the stage. His speech titled "Universal Brotherhood". He started his speech with the universal meaning of brotherhood. Brotherhood means not only by blood relationship, race, region and colours only. He explained how people from different religion is related with each other. He mentioned this to find similarities between all people from different religion. All religion believes that there's only on true God who created and rule this universe. Allah made us different from each other in order for us to know and learn from each other.
One thing that really stick in my mind was when Dr Zakir explained what are the properties which qualifies a God as Allah, the ruler of the universe. His answer is very simple. It was explained in the Al-Quran, Surah Al-Ikhlas. The meaning from this Surah is this (taken from Institute Al-Islam website) : “Say: He is Allah, The One and Only. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute. He begets not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him.” [Al-Qur'an 112:1-4].

His speech goes on until about 1 hour before the Q&A session for the remaining 2 hours. The session was moderated by Brother Shah Kirit. He priorities the non-muslims to question out any inquiries about Islam and it's teaching. Dr Zakir handles the answer well. I love the way he spell out his answer which most of it actually from the glorious Al-Qur'an itself besides he mentioned some references from other religious book like Bible, Veda and so on to support his answer. A very informative answer and yet concise, insyaAllah.

The event end up at about 12.30am. This Friday, 5th October 2012, there will be having the same event with Dr Zakir in Kuantan with topic "The Qur'an and Modern Science" before he ends his tour on Sunday, 7th October 2012 in PWTC, Kuala Lumpur with topic "Islam's View on Terrorism and Jihad". Let's don't miss this opportunity to learn from him, insyaAllah.

Dieting VS Cleansing

Today I wanted to share one image on differences of dieting and cleansing. Well, how many of us did dieting in order to lose weight? On the other hand, how many of us did cleansing? Good! Now, let us see how dieting affect us and how did cleansing. You can judge it by yourself.
Most of us sees diet as an essential way to lose weight. Well, it's true if you did it the right way. What is the right way? The right way is by giving us essential nutrients to our body besides controlling our calories intake per day. Most of us tend to skip meal, they said that way can lose weight faster. Yes, it's true. But you'll gain back twice faster. Not a good regime to follow. Beware my friends. Do it the right way. Try to cut down sweets, chips, sodas and those which categorized as junk food or fast food. You can eat but not everyday. Better put it off forever.

Drink more plain water. Again, I remind here as was in my previous post. Remember that human body consist of 70% of water. If we lack of water, there comes our headache and all other sort of sickness that we feel. Please, plain water. Not sodas or coloured drinks.

Eat more fruits which is high in antioxidants like grape. Papaya is also good especially you're having constipation problem. You know that logically we should go to the toilet to throw away out waste as the same amount as how many times we eat that day. For example, normally we have breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 times we eat. So, we should throw out our waste 3 times also. Didn't you think that's the way how it should be in order to keep us healthy?

It's all start with our food. Our eating pattern. Watch out and be careful. Do cleansing instead of dieting. That's all from me for this post. I hope all of us can benefit from this. Enjoy! :)

Malaysia Day and end of Syawal

It was a long weekend since Sunday, 16th September was declared Malaysia Day. Well, the previous day my class have started. The first class for this semester. This time I only register for 2 courses only. It's enough I guess since 3 was a bit heavy for me in the previous semester. Enough I think. The rest will finish it next semester, insyaAllah. This time around there is no weekday class for me. No problem. Still can do. At least I don't have to be rushing to go to the class after working hours anymore, at least, for this 4 months. Nuff said. On Sunday, me and my family just finishing the Raya month with open houses. There was 2 actually. First one was in Kelana Jaya. The masjid there organized an open house. Alhamdulillah. the food was nice and delicious. Second one was at Anjang's house in Puncak Saujana, Kajang. Well, eventually she invited me the previous day since she met me during class. The housing area was new. We got lost for a while after we reach Sg Kantan area. But we managed to get there just in time. Well, that's how I finished my Malaysia Day. A very good ending isn't it. Hey, guess what. Afiq just lost another 3kg for the past 2 weeks. we met him that Sunday at night. That's total up to 9kg for the past 3 months. Here how he was then and now.

Still have another 31 to go. InsyaAllah. Lose weight now. Ask me how. :)

How to eliminate extra fats from our body?

How much extra fat are you carrying? 1kg? 2kg? 5kg? Remember this. 5kg extra body fat will increase our chances of getting sick or diseases. How to eliminate those extra fats from our body? There are actually many ways. It's up to us to choose which is the best.

Control your calorie intake. To control it, you must have some knowledge in food calorie. Go learn about it. Basic is enough. Learn to read about nutrition facts which printed on the food label. From there you will know how many calorie will the food provide and important to know you body calorie burning rate or BMR. Simply said your metabolism. Remember cut your calorie not your food.

Learn to drink a lot of plain water. 8 glasses is not enough, it should be 8 liters per day. Try it and you'll feel the difference. Don't complaint about going to the toilet frequently if you have a lot of excess fats. Water helps you to eliminate those fats though urination. Start small and learn to increase day by day basis. My routine 8-10 liters per day is nothing. In two hours I can finish my 2 liters of plain water. Usually I'll finish up to 6 liters in the morning before lunch and the rest after lunch. In fact drink a lot of plain water is the cheapest way to lose fats. I mean a lot.

Exercise is another well-known method to lose those extra fats. So, go exercise. It's simple. Do it regularly and daily over and over and over and over again. Start simple head to toe, don't push but regulate it. If we push too hard, we might have injured our body muscle. Yes, the excess fats can be eliminate through our sweat. When we do exercise, make sure we sweat a lot. We are still not exercise if we're not sweating.

I hope my short sharing here can help you. I'll share more in later post. If you're searching for solution how to lose weight or gain weight the healthy way, I have the solution. You don't have to skip your favourite meal but I'll coach you how to control it. I recommended Herbalife nutrition. If you're interested to know more about Herbalife, please leave your particular at the form provided in my blog. Thanks for reading. :)

Dreams

What is the most precious moment than helping people around us to get what they want in life, to help them change their life, for then to have a better life, to see their dreams come true. I was inspired by yesterday's sharing done by Rudi, one of the GenH leader in Herbalife. I was inspired thru his life changing stories. How he help his friends to achieve their dreams. I remember one of his friend only dream to buy a new sport shoes because he loves to play football. Starting from a small dream, now his friend are able to help others to achieve their dreams too. Dream is limitless. We can dream as big as how we wanted. Put things into action and we can achieve our dream. Believe that we can achieve that dream and never cut off our dream, always expand and expand. The bigger our dream, the better we're gonna be.If you still don't have a dream, go search for one. If you already have one, search another one again and again. If you have achieve your dreams, helps others to achieve theirs. Over and over and over again. To begin with, write down your dream in a book or create a dream board and put it on your wall so that you can see what is your dream and can plan towards it. That's all for now. Thanks for reading. :)

The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way. - Robert Kiyosaki

Travelling weekend

Teamix
Last Friday I and my whole family was going to Kuantan to visit my uncle. On the way to Kuantan, we stopped at Genting Sempah R&R for a while. There I met my senior at UMP, Khairul Ikhwan. We knew each other during a club management workshop when were both were appointed as the club's representatives. He was surprised to see how much my body sized had changed. He also look like already gaining some weight. He asked about Herbalife, I tell him some and we exchange contact number. We arrived at Kuantan at 5pm something, almost 6pm that time.

Before we go to my uncle's house, my mom brought us to visit our cousin's place at Indera Sempurna. We were there until almost 7 and then we went to my uncle's place at Taman Impianku. My cousins and their children was there at my uncle's house. We clean up ourselves and having some food which my aunt have served, then we move out for a while to go to my sister customer's house at Indera Mahkota 2. My sister wanted to review her customer and at the end my sister scan the whole family to get their body analysis results. We were there until 11pm and we went back to our uncle's place to stay there for a night.

Rahimi and Hanis Farzana
The next morning, we get ourselves ready early in the morning because we are heading to Johor that day. We got 2 wedding invitation. One was in Mersing and the other was in Labis. On the way to Mersing, I stopped by at Pekan to meet my lecturer, Mr Tarmizi. He wanted to lose weight and already have gout. Actually, he contacted me since 3 or 4 months back to ask about Herbalife. It just that we didn't have the opportunity to meet before that. Finally we met and he decided to start the program. After the short appointment, we continue our journey to Mersing passing by Pekan, Rompin and Endau. It took us almost 3 hours to reach at our first destination. When we were eating at the wedding, rain falls down heavily. Alhamdulillah. Because before that the weather is very hot. We were there not for long, I think not even half and hour before we moved to the next wedding place at Labis. Luckily we managed to get ourselves a photo shoot with the couple, Rahimi and Hanis Farzana.

Mersing - Labis
We went to Labis passing thru Keluang and we took the Paloh road pass by Yong Peng and then we reach Labis. Our journey took us about 2 hours. When we arrived, the wedding event have finished but we just pay a visit since it was also one way to go back to KL. Thanks to the couple, Najib and Faradila, for accepting our visit. May Allah bless you all. We move out from Labis to KL at 7pm.

This brother is partially paralyzed.
On our way back, we stopped at Segamat to visit my ex-classmate at UMP, Azam Jamaludin. He always ask me to come by his house whenever I have a free time. I arrived at his house, finally. We were there until 9.30pm and then we continue back our journey home to KL. We arrived at our house 4am the next morning. That only several hours before we went to STS at Pan Pacific. We rest for some hours, clean up ourselves and went out again to Pan Pacific. I think that's about it. Thanks for reading! :)

RVP first hat-trick with Man Utd

It's just amazing to see how a newcomers, van Persie done his first hat-trick. Lovely. Even though at first, I saw the Man Utd defensive line was a bit shaky, at last they achieve victory. That's just so United. GGMU.

Where am I on Merdeka night

Assalamualaikum readers!

Have you had your shake today? How is your day going on so far? Still got the Monday blues. Haha. Hope you're all enjoying your Merdeka holiday.

On Merdeka night, I went to Shah Alam to meet an old friend of mine back then at UMP, Khairul Mizan. Surprisingly he's doubled in size. First time meeting him in 2 years, he had expand that much. So, what's the catch? Actually he wanted to lose some weight because he will be getting married soon. InsyaAllah. And because he knew I'm a personal wellness coach with Herbalife and he knew how was I back then in 2008, so he contacted me thru Facebook one day before.

My family and Arcelona's family
Actually before I went to Shah Alam, I have focus group with special appearance of Mill Team from Indonesia, Arcelona. It's just amazing and inspiring to know how she survived in Herbalife. One thing I remembered that she mentioned to us, invite to presentation. Means we have to use the power of event or nutrition club. Because we want to put the believe in each human being that they also can be healthy and achieve what they want in life. Herbalife is only tool and Herbalife can help. Whatever it is don't quit.

Me, Afiq and Khairul
Yes, continuing from my meet up with my friends at Shah Alam. He weight almost 100kg. So I take his reading and explained how Herbalife can help him, alhamdulillah, this month he'll start the program. It's my pleasure to help all my colleagues to get healthy and to achieve what they want in life. Thanks to Afiq too for helping me that night with his amazing testimonial. He lost 6kg for the past 2 months and reshaped his body. Now he said he can wear his old shirt. Amazing isn't it. And now he's trying to put off smoking. InsyaAllah. You can do it! And when we finished our meet up, it was 31st August. Merdeka! In one of my friend's Facebook status said, "Merdekakan lemak anda" which means "Free your fat". Cool isn't it?

So, that's all my short and simple sharing. Enjoy life. Thanks for your time. :)
